The building is currently being built and will arrive in Scone in November 2021 where it will be located on the Visitor Information Centre site.

In 2020 a grant application through the sixth round of Federal funding from Stronger Communities Program was successful. These funds will be used to create a community laundry, that will offer a safe space for vulnerable people to access free washing machine and dryer services. 

To be able to complete the project we welcomed financial contributions from both Joblink Plus and Scone RSL Club.
