The Scone Community Pantry consist of a small team of people working together to make a difference in the lives of disadvantaged people in the Upper Hunter Shire area.

 

We support families and individuals doing it tough by offering food and blankets and additional support through referrals.

The service continues to evolve to meet those needs and provide services and support to the target group, working with vulnerable individuals and families. 

 

The service runs through sponsorship and the generosity of the community.

OUR OBJECTIVES ARE TO: use our resources predominantly for the purpose of relieving poverty in the Upper Hunter Shire

area of NSW in Australia by operating a food pantry, providing parcels of food and other essential grocery items, blankets and

sanitary items to homeless people and others who cannot afford to buy basic food, groceries and sanitary items for themselves.

 

Partner with existing community organisations and businesses to coordinate and disseminate a range of community services and goods that assist those most vulnerable people in the Upper Hunter Shire area of NSW.
